The reservation of a room implies the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale set out below in their entirety. The service provider undertakes to personally welcome holidaymakers with all the attention required to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Duration of stay: The customer makes a reservation for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the service provider 100% of the total amount of the price of the stay. Prices are inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist tax.
a ❩ Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days (from the 16th day), before the start of the stay, 100% of the total amount of the price of the stay will be refunded; management costs related to the collection of the amount of the stay will be deducted from the refund. If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the start of the stay, the total amount of the stay remains with the service provider.
b ❩ If the client does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the service provider may dispose of its guest rooms. The total amount of the stay remains with the service provider.
c ❩ In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the stay remains fully acquired by the service provider.
Cancellation by the service provider: When, before the start of the stay, the service provider cancels this stay, he must inform the client by e-mail. The customer will be reimbursed for the sums paid.
Arrival times are between 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.. If the customer wishes to arrive earlier or later, he must make the request to the service provider at the time of booking and, at the latest, within 24 hours prior to arrival.
Arrival: The client must arrive on the specified day and at the times agreed with the service provider. Arrival times are between 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the service provider.
Payment of the balance: The balance is to be paid 1 day before arrival at the service provider. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of the stay to the service provider.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax. The customer must pay the service provider. It is then returned to the public treasury.
Use of the premises: The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to leave the rooms in good condition. The house having been decorated with passion by the owners, it is requested to respect the objects made available. Any undeclared disappearance of an object will be invoiced to the customer after the fact, at its replacement value and a complaint will be filed with the Police Station.
Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the service provider is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the service provider. In case of departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Cancellation conditions during a health crisis (Covid 19). Reconfinement: The applicable regulations are those defined by the government.
In the absence of a national deposit, the service provider will postpone the deposit. They will remain valid for a period of 18 months. The applicable rate will be that of the new period of stay.
The age of the house and its materials, in particular the very old parquet floors, we ask our customers to take off their shoes as soon as they enter, except for established medical exceptions.
Smoking or using candles and any flammable product is prohibited throughout the house.
Drinks are prohibited in the rooms except on request to the owner who reserves the right to accept or refuse.
Upon arrival, any inappropriate or insulting behavior on the part of our guests will be denied access to the guest house. The same regulations will apply during their stay.
