1. Article 1

Booking a room implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth below in their entirety. The service provider undertakes to personally welcome guests with all due care to facilitate their stay and their exploration of the region.

2. Article 2 : Length of stay

Length of stay: The client makes a reservation for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.

4. Article 4 : Cancellation by the customer

A ❩ Cancellation by the client before the start of the stay :

° If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days (from the 16th day), before the start of the stay, 100% of the total price of the stay will be refunded; management fees related to the collection of the amount of the stay will be deducted from the refund.
° If the cancellation occurs between 15 days and 9 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the total amount of the stay remains due to the provider; management fees related to the collection of the amount of the stay will be deducted from the refund.
° If the cancellation occurs 8 days or less, 100% of the total cost of the stay remains due to the service provider.

B ❩ If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. the scheduled start date of the stay, this contract becomes void and the service provider can make their guest rooms available. The total amount of the stay remains payable to the service provider.

C ❩ In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the stay remains fully payable to the service provider.

5. Article 5 : Cancellation by the service provider

Cancellation by the service provider: If the service provider cancels the stay before its start, they must inform the client by email. The client will be reimbursed for any sums paid.
Check-in is between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM. If the client wishes to arrive earlier or later, they must request this from the service provider at the time of booking and, at the latest, within 24 hours prior to arrival.

6. Article 6 : The arrival

Arrival: The client must arrive on the specified day and at the times agreed with the service provider.Arrival times are between 3:30 pm and 7 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must notify the service provider.

7. Article 7 : Settlement of the balance

Payment of the balance: The balance is due 1 day before arrival at the service provider's premises. Any additional services or consumption not mentioned in this contract will be payable to the service provider at the end of your stay.

8. Article 8 : Tourist tax

Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax. The customer must pay it to the service provider. It is then paid to the public treasury.

9. Article 9 : The use of the premises

Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They agree to return the rooms in good condition. As the house has been lovingly decorated by the owners, guests are asked to respect the items provided. Any unreported loss of an item will be charged to the client afterward at its replacement value, and a complaint will be filed with the police station.

10. Article 10 : The capacity

Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the service provider may refuse the additional clients. This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered a modification or breach of contract initiated by the service provider. In the event that more clients leave than were refused, no refund will be issued.

11. Article 11 : Our animal friends

Animaux : Although we love animals, they are not allowed on the property.

12. Article 12 : Cancellation conditions during a health crisis (Covid-19)

Cancellation conditions during the health crisis (Covid-19). Re-lockdown: The applicable regulations are those defined by the government.
In the absence of national guidelines, the service provider will defer the deposit. It will remain valid for a period of 18 months. The applicable rate will be that of the new stay period.

13. Article 13 :

The age of the house and its materials, particularly the very old parquet floors, we ask our customers to remove their shoes upon entering both of our establishments., except in cases of established medical necessity.

14. Article 14 :

Smoking, vaping or using candles and any flammable products is prohibited throughout the house.

15. Article 15 :

Consumption and food are prohibited in the rooms, except upon request to the owner, who reserves the right to accept or refuse. Common areas are available for this purpose.

16. Article 16 : Etiquette and politeness

Upon arrival, any inappropriate or insulting behavior from our guests will result in being denied access to the guesthouse. The same rules will apply throughout their stay. There will be no refunds.
